norcal is pretty good, they still need more players to know about it, and the all white paint thing kinda sucks. but they are really nice and have good refs.
i didnt see any pump players there while i was there. ( im the Former cap. of Zero Effect ...3rd place stock at pan am 2001 ..WOOT ...to bad i dont havent shoot a pump since late 2001)

nastymag- That's awesome! I had no idea you played pump. You should definetly consider heading out to pump day sometime soon. There are always tons of loaners pumps to use. Everything from sheridans to stock phantoms.

well i dont play pump anymore .. ( i use to play with an old Hammer pump..that thing was tight). but i have defently considered buying a phantom to play pump again

Vacaville Woodsball

hey guys...i think i'm pretty much alone out there, but I wanna touch bases with any cali players that live or play north of the golden gate..... reason being--- i play up here in the santa rosa area at KAPP's new field....its great, I wanna play with some of ya'll...

Hey guys,

I'm in vacaville and have roughly 2 to 3 dozen woodsballers up here that play often for free on some friends property. We have a hill with trees, bushes, bunkers and trinches and working on a two story structure that we call the "hilton". we are allways looking for more players that like to play woodsball.

We usally have onsite co2 and air, but those aren't free. The co2 is $2 for 9ounce, $3 for 12ounce and $5 for 20ounce tanks. It costs me $35 to fill the tank up before we play; I charge just enough to refill the tank.

Air is $2 per 1000bls. we can't get a discount on air refills for the 6000lbs. tank, it cost us over $100 bucks to fill it so we have to recop that cost inorder to keep providing the air.

We look at it this way, you're not paying for field use just pant and air. so in that respect, it's pretty damned cheep!

We also have a 3 acre patch of dense eucaliptus trees that remind me of a scene in a war. tree sizes range 2 in. to 21/2 feet in diameter. it's really cool.

no the game is on November 18th, saturday, and it is only a one day event. cost is going to be 99 bucks and that includes a case of paint.

i am going to get in touch with the USO office that is at the Base and see if i can get a collection together for a donation aside from the game.

i am going to fly down on friday and back on sunday.

any of you guys have pump mags? i have yet to see one and would love for a couple to show up at PD13...

also if you know someone selling one i know someone who wants to buy one...hehe

i'm sorry i can't help you out with buying one, but atleast I can confirm that they do exist. I was googling pictures for automags and I saw one. I thought it was pretty interesting.

also on the topic of pumps, my friend saw a guy convert a DM5 into a pump. a DM5!!! that's an expensive gun to be pump-i-fying.

wow, talk about resurrecting an oldie...lol...PD-13 was on May 30, 2004...

i've finally seen a pump mag, but it was only within the last month...i have one sitting here on my 'in box' to get repaired. interesting little guns, pump stroke is realllllly smooth and light.

i'll be going to the TAW travis game, i live in Vacaville and play every weekend at Midway Paintball. I'll also be going to the Black Cat game coming up in December in Fresno(?).

ALSO for anyone who is still interested in pump games...Peter and I are still hosting our monthly Sacramento Pump Days each and every month...the next game will be Pump Day 41 (XLI in roman numerals) and will be on Sunday, October 1st the day after OSC-WAP.
