I'm going to be traveling down to Salt Lake City around the beginning of June with some of my friends. Anyway I was wondering if you could give me some advice as to what fields to play at. We need it to be relatively inexpensive. Thanks for any info.
Best place around Salt Lake to play for cheap

Well since I've been out of the loop in SLC for the last 6 months I'm not sure what is around for cheap. I do know that Paintball Planet isn't all that cheap due to it being field paint only. Which is like $90 a case (PMI Prems). I know there are more fields but that is one that I used to play all the time before I moved. More fields sprung up afterwords and I've been to one called "Adreneland" but the prices have slipped my mind. I'm heading up for the 4th of July. Might send/bring my stuff just in case.Sorry, I'm old -
when i visited Salt Lake City i went to Peg Leg's i will admit the proshop was very nice imo and the field was decent. it was mostly woods ball though and stuff so i didn't enjoy it, i can't recall the prices though. it would be nice if you enjoyed woods ball and such but otherwise i would probably not go there.Comment

The best and cheapest is Showdown. Entry is $20 and it is BYOP.
Adrenaland is cheap, but I don't recoment it-Not very clean and no refs
Xtream is a good field, but paint is quite a bit
Paintball planet is way too expensive and in my opinion not a very good field.
I would recomend Showdown. It is definatly Utahs best field and is fairly cheap.Comment

When did Showdown (Lehi) become BYOP? I thought all PegLeg fields were FPO? Interesting. I might have to bring a case of paint with me in July. Only bad thing is it's gonna be a warm one when I'm there. I survived 20 years of it so I'm sure I could last 4 days.Sorry, I'm oldComment
