LP - Thanks for letting me shoot you machine gun! I tell ya it was the WAS helping you out before, you are still fast on the trigger! But watch out for that stick on the ground!

sucks that I missed both the parties. Thing that sucks is that the party I was attending was supposed to start at 1 but didn't start til after 5. Oh well. Hope to catch you guys sometime soon.

We were told that you needed 5 peeps to play on the XBall field, what they didn't say was that you could pick up stragglers while in line. I must say that field is impressive! Nice netting all around as well as the setup of the field...they should post pics on the website.

That's too bad. They just opened up the field last weekend so they are still working out how to set it up. When I went there were 3 lines, one for teams, one for concept field players, and one for the newbies that usually play woods ball. When 1 line got 10 players in it they would pull them for the next 6 minute round. It's really fun and the longest 6 minutes! I was dying by the end, too old.....

Well hopefully I can give it a try sometime soon. OLD?!?!?! I think I'm up there already! Not sure if they will allow golf carts for peeps like me? I can see it being a little unfair if I can bunker but then again equipment hit count right?

Wouldn't work on the X-ball field. The captain of Turbulence is kind of a round guy and the first time he walked off that field all he had to say was 'X-ball isn't for fat poeple'. It wasn't pretty.

BK: How was it playing Xball. Do they have a fill tank near the field or do you have to hike back? Just curious cause I wouldn't last long with my little tank.

No X-ball for us

We did not understand the the system they had in place to play Xball, we thought you need 5 peeps to play on the field ( a set team) but no one told us you could go into the line and just pick up anyone that wanted to play on your team. They had different lines based on your skill. Everyone had two rounds of 6 min, so the turnaround was pretty fast. Very nice setup they had there...if you have been to the NPPL @ HB the Xball field would resemble that. RD if you remember where you pay your field fees and the porta potties are at then behind that is the Xball field...not a long walk at all.
