Considering it's the end of June now the middle of July would be coming up quick for a lot. What about the last weekend in July or something? If people have plans then post the dates they are so that this thing could possibly be planned around them so we can get a solid date nailed down. I think the biggest reason the one last year failed was that we never decided on a specific date.
