From this option all day air for our group could still be a viable option. And I have my tricks around that such as Kevin and I have scuba tanks we could use for 3k fills.

Option 2 just sounds easier and we're paying the same price either way. And the Hyperball field looks friggin' awesome but I don't want to play it all day. I want to play on each field at LEAST once and I'm sure I'm not alone.

If everyone wants to play all the fields, a private party is our best bet. That way we have at least 2 refs dedicated to our group, possibley more if we have a lot of people showing up. During the private grops, you can request certain fields as well. The Village, Dodge City adn Compound are pretty kewl fields. I've also had the private party take over the hyperball fields for a couple of games and the walk-ons are asked to sit out some games.

Otherwise, we can all play as walk-ons and hang out in the woods for a couple of hours. At any time we can break off from the walk-ons and play pickup games at the hyperball fields.

        Microsoft Critical Update

Ok. Just talked to the upper echelon of Pevs. So I dont have to eat such a large fee up front($15 per person*15=~$300). All day air HAS been worked out at $10 all day. Our entry fee was knocked down to like $10 (or was it $15) I believe, I have to confirm this number. Basically regular walk on fees plus an added air fee to be later paid when you guys get here.
The regular private group rates would have been that $15 per person deposit and then some later.
So now all I have to do is place $150 deposit out of my pocket basically to confirm and pay for the ref. I have been recommended to go ahead and take this deal because this way we get an all day air deal and still pay regular price like walk ons but get personalized attention from refs and a better say in fields.

The other alternative still is to show up as a rag tag bunch of walk ons still pay the same $15 entry fee but no air deal and mind you air is like $5 a pop for a hot fill so your really only getting like ~3700 of your 4500.

I think I will go ahead and make the $150 deposit by tomm because that is not too bad of a number and I trust enough of you will show up and play some ball with the Major.

Im also eventually going to get around to finding out about chuckecheese that day too. Do we need a reservation there too or shall we roll on in and play in the ball pit unannounced

          Ho,

You know me and Jason are down for it! I may be able to get a couple more people to come out that day too.

Hey, I forgot to ask but is this going to be an all day thing? Pevs has two sessions a morning and afternoon. The afternoon session is from 9-12pm then a lunch break. Then there is the afternoon session from 2-5pm. I think if you pay for the morning session, it allows you to play all day for walk-ons. I'm not sure if that also pertains to a private group. (Ho, since your Fairfax Pevs red headed stepchild, can you verify with the guys there?)

            cool ho, you da man!!!

so just so i can decifer what you are saying, we pay 10 (or is it 15) for admision and then 10 for all day air. Is that all correct?

yeah, the deal with the private party i think will work best for this situation.

what is the deal with paint? I know we don't get special deals, but say like primer and blaze, what are the prices on that?

perhaps since they allow BYOP we might just order a group order from www.firstcallpaintball.com

why don't yall take a look at that and we can see. the paint will be shipping from the fort ustice (williamsburg) area if we were to do that.

as for chuck e cheese, we can just show and go, no res needed

SO the Entry fee and air fee is going to be either $20 or $25 for the day correct? And then paint, how much is that running for and what types do they have?

Thanks Ho, you're such a great guy.

Field Fee is normally 15 so if it's bumped down then it's 10 for Field Fee and 10 for All Day Air.

Point, if you wanna be there all day then I'll be there. My plans were changed up a bit so I'm leaving at 7am to get there by 10-10:30am.

I still say we step on as Walk-Ons in a group. I think it would be a lot of fun to have AOers vs. Pevs Walk-Ons, even though they'll have massive Home Field Advantage. Well, maybe the last couple of games we can do AOers vs. Walk-Ons; if we did that at the Compound of Village that would be sick. I can imagine us defending the 4 building Village and the Walk-Ons assault us. DAMN I can't wait! Ahhh, hurry up July 25th!!!!!!!!!

well, even if we do a group party, i am sure we can still kill the walk ons once in a while, but we can also be by ourselves during the day too when we want.

SO, ANYONE INTERESTED IN A GROUP PAINT DEAL FROM FIRSTCALL?
if i get three people or more, i will buy a mass order of Zap primer and bring the day of. I will only charge 45 a case. But i must have an exact number of people and a gaurantee that they will buy when they get there.

i am planning on getting to the field round 9 myself

The purpose of me setting up the private group reservation now is so that we can take advantage of the all day air perk. Being just walk ons we will be paying $5 a pop for hot fills. Being as mags dont sip air like sissies, but chug air like men, that perk may come in handy as I plan on shooting a case of paint not to mention the freakish fast fingers of other members.

Kev: If its a sweet/decent paint Ill prolly go in with you. That Zap chronic we used at that one tourny was pretty freakin hot IMO. When i had it in that Justice timmy it shot disgusting laser beam ropes, scary. By the way I LOOOOOOOOVE Evil paint

sorry man, i thought i made it pretty clear that i am makeing a weekend trip out of this one because i'll be up near there for the weekend visiting family. However, i can still bring you home. So if you can get your parents to take you up there, i can bring you home.

oh, and i hate 32* ever since they were bought out a few years back. They used to be great, but now blow. But the diablo primer is great stuff.
