AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
zman your team is sponsored by tag so why would you prefer scp over tag when you can just play for free, i dont like alot of the people at scp also, like epic is a joke but not everyone there is a nazi

I am going to play nice and assume you did not mean that to be as insulting as it sounds. If you think that I am so shallow as to base my opinions of what field I like by who sponsors my team and who does not then let me make this VERY clear to you.
My preference of fields is based SOLELY on my treatment there. Not only myself and my team have noticed this repeatedly but many of the NorCal crew here have experienced it as well. And to be quite honest, Extreme Paintball treats us better than TAG has. The thorn in my experiences at SCP has largely been the head ref who gives the orientation. I have no personal qualms with any other staff member there with the exception that far too much wiping occurs in the intermediate and pro level, but Ill be damned if I am going to sit here and listen to you tell me that I'm unhappy with SCP because TAG sponsors my team.
I've never had any bad experiences at SCP save the occasional wipers whenever I go there solo. I am fortunate enough that some of those wipers suck enough so that I'm able to put a couple of more shots into the goggles. I just make sure I don't do anything to attract attention. When I play advanced, I make sure that I don't get in anyone's way.
However, whenever I'm there with the Norcal group, things do tend to get a little dicey. Most of us are a lot better than the intermediate group there, but not good enough to hang in the advanced for very long. So it's either blow through the intermediate group, or get raped in the advanced.

You're right, not everyone there is a nazi. There are a quite a few hard working refs who I see running around the field checking everyone up without messing up their game. Z-man's comments about SCP are justified by some very controversial experiences there, that have been witnessed by many in this group. One of which have been mentioned by Z-man in his previous post. What bugs me is the comment made about the capping the ROF on his mag. His mag is as fast as any other timmy, matrix, DM4, and etc that is seen on that field, yet he is specifically singled out of everyone there for shooting too fast.
I have met several nice refs, I remember a chubby guy with a mustach, beard and glasses, he was reffing beg or inter, very nice guy. Tried to help me with my Phantom, and starting a coversation.
But other refs just cuss at the players, I saw a kid walking away all sad after the ref said something like "Get the **** off the field you dumbass, don't ****in shoot the ****in ref"
I do know the AO sig rules, I just want a free sig pic, that's all!
im currently in denver helping my financee move to the bayarea, and i just got 3 new mags and i want to test em with the other maggers in norcal. BUT i bust my ankle again @ ministry on friday, back to were i started. bummer i want to play with u guys damn it

I read something about 4500lb fills at TAG???? Holy $%^&, I am definitely coming out of retirement for this one. That is if this is for real...and I can shoot something other than just white paint.
