Been to Oklahoma City? No? You're lucky. Well, I'm going to give some info to you on the fields in our area. First off, the disclosure. I am not affiliated with any of these businesses. I have never accepted anything free from them. I have never been paid by them.
If you visit OKC, live here, or just happened to be stranded you'll be glad to know you can have your pick of some fields. The fields noted are not all of the fields in OKC. These are just the ones I've had enough experience with that I think that I can review them. There are other fine establishments I just can't give my full opinion just yet.
Okie dokie? Yes, I will be giving the the stars for ranking. 1-5, five being best.
Shaggy Brothers Paintball
Adventure Zone
Redlands Paintball
Wild Wild West
Dodge City
Shaggy Brothers Paintball Store **** http://www.shaggybrospaintball.com
Great store. They have an affiliation with Adventure Zone so you can buy cheaper paint at Shaggy's and take it to A-Z. Shaggy's has a guarantee when you buy any paintball gun from them. If you bust it they will fix it. Check with the store on certain models, parts, etc... They sponsor scenario games, have their own team, etc... The only thing they lack is some AGD stuff. They sell Tippman's, Spyder's, cocker's, shocker's, etc. But the guys up there are knowledgeable and always great to talk with. You can always get stuff cheaper on the net but I support local business.
Adventure Zone * & 1/2
As much as I like Shaggy's, I have a problem with A-Z. Fields, nice. Location, close to the city. Service, sucks golf balls through a garden hose. Maybe it is my feminine side coming through. But everytime I went to A-Z I had something go wrong. Be it waiting an hour for a ref to play a game, weather, tanks blowing (because of waiting forever in the heat), huge 10 year old birthday party crowds, etc... I just have not had a good time there, ever. They still get a one and a half because of the woods they have.
Redlands Paintball Field **** http://www.thepaintballfield.com
For a local field with out 122 acres and a rec room this is a great place to go play. If I can't go play on my friend's land, this is where I go. The walk-on games are always suited with a friendly crowd. The refs are on the ball. The fees are low for the area and they have great woods, urban and speedball. The only thing they are missing is a proshop. But it is a small field setup. I can't knock them for that. I've always had a good time there.
Wild Wild West ***
The name says it all. You don't need a ref, just check in, buy some paint and go have fun on their land. People walking around, just shooting because they want to. People are testing their guns in the parking lot. Crazy Crazy! I think they checked what I was shooting half of the time I checked in. Games are brought together by whomever is walking around. It's like, "Hey, you guys wanna play a woods game?" WWW is located south of Norman. If you are looking for an adventure and something a little crazy and nerve racking, go there! I think 2 stray balls hit my truck in the parking lot.
Dodge City ***
Great Speedball! These guys love snakes and odd shaped barriers. They have a large woods area with a WW II field as well. The rentals are cheap and paint isn't expensive at all. My only problem with them is that the refs are often lazy and that they allow full auto, $1,800 markers on the field with the walk-on rental people. That is why they were dropped down.
The author will now be battered by all those who dare. Sure refs at recball don't care what's going on. Sure not every field has a pro shop. But this is just how I ranked 'em! I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings.
P.s. I was tired when I finished writing this so it was not proofed. And it is a pretty harsh opinion in my view. I was pissy that day.

Edit: Wild Wild West is actually Wild West Paintball & Supply Inc. It has been a while since I have been there. I have been informed they are working hard on improving their fields. I am apt to try them out. I'm almost excited. Here is their link:
