AO Nor Cal @ Valley Thunder Jan 8th

weather.com shows rain through the 8th and vt turns into a swimming pool when the ground gets that saturated with water. if this is still a go, i'm out.

the last time i checked, it is winter. every field is going to be a mud pit unless it is indoor. i am still down for the 8th no matter if it is snowing and a tidal wave comes.

if it is only going to be boski, smokeysworld and I going to this, i would suggest that might want to go somewhere closer. i am fine with going to VT, but just wanted to let you know that if you where thinking the samething, that i am down for playing anywhere on the 8th.

ok so are we changing the location?? cause what i meant was that we could play at both. i would like to still try VT, but if you think that it will be a waste of time with the rain and all, then we should just move it to the indoor one.

I would think that moveing it to the indoor one would be the best bet as of now seeing how there is going to be a lot of rain between now and then. We will get another chance to go to VT.

roger that i am down with trying urban ops.boski and i have already posted on their forums and made them aware that we are planning on about 15 AO'ers with gear and air. it should be hella fun.

I just checked accuweather.com and they say chances of rain. Do you all just want to make Urban ops the choice if it rains or not or do you want to say if no rain we play at VT or even Nfinite......

We can watch the weather as the 8th gets closer and go from that info.....

well even if it doesnt rain on the 8th, it has rained for the last 2weeks straight. i would imagine that VT and nfinite are mud pits. hell nfinite is a mud pit in July!! i think that we should just me ubanops the choice this time and when we get closer to spring/summer, make plans to go to VT. also that way we can talk to the guys at uban about getting a package deal for all of us.

we need to get anyone that is planning on coming this weekend to RSVP on this thread. so that way we have a idea on how many players we have to tell the guys at urban.

also i think that i might make a trip down there today, just to take a look at it. i will take my camera too so i can post some better pics.
