lol way to get in there army.

Just wondering what kind of paint and fill the paint has? I was told it was blaze, but do we know what fill color and shell? I'll buy my paint up there, but if it's the same as the paint I use down here then I might want to bring some if I can. Also are we getting any discounts? I mean as a group coming in are we getting cheaper paint or is the free rentals our discount? Thanks for helping set this up Hornet2099.

well last time we had over 20 people say they were coming or thinking about it and only about 10 showed up. So hopfully we'll get a good group this time. Also it's looking like the guys coming will be a nice mature and older group of guys so that LoveMyMagMoreThanYou, burple and I aren't the oldest ones there. We could even do a gave of anyone over 20 vs. anyone under 20 if the numbers work out well. Just put me with LoveMyMagMoreThanYou and I'm good.

Discounts, Directions and Details

Hope you all have had a good weekend so far hornet2099, Maglover728 and I had a little face to face yesterday to discuss some details about AO day
Discounts as of now I am sorry to say that we will not be getting a discount on paint but however hornet and I are working on that we just go tto do some talking to some people and hopefully we can get us some kind of discount keep your fingers crossed
Directions We are all going to meet at the Dupont gate of Ft. Lewis at 0900 thats 9 am for you non military people it is exit 119 there is a park and ride there where we can park our cars and carpool dur but anyway 9 am from ther we will carpool or link up a military person with with someone that wants to drive there car on post and go to the visitors center to get them a pass i already posted all the information on what you need to ge ta pass so if you dont know look back thru the thread please after we all meet and get the car situation figured out we plan on being at the field no later then 0930 do get our own litttle area set up and the barbq the field opens at 1000 hours so 0930 should give us time to get our selves situated just fine like

As of right now we have some one bringing soda but more would be great beef but once again a little more would be great and a bbq we do however nedd people to bring chips and other stuff if you plan on contributing to this please post what you are bringing so that way we wont have 5000 bags of chips or wahtever

also i willl post my cell phone number up about a week out for you guys to write down so if there is any problems day of you can call me you know running late stuff like that i get reception at the filed so feel free to call if i dont answer im probly just busy playing or setting stuff up if you have any questions or comments please direct them to either myself, hornet2099 or maglover728 (ok so i changed it) and we will do our best to answer your questions if one of us cant i am sure another one of us can thanks thats all for now feel free to call me and let me know i posted my number in a previous reply so once again jus tlook thru the thread

Talked with the boss lady today, and I don't need to mail out waivers or anything of the sort. It can be done 2 different ways, either you can have your parents just write out a permission slip out of a piece of regular paper just saying that they'll talk responsibility of you if something happens, print and sign their name and have a phone number on there, or you can have someone at the field who is 18 or over sign for you. I would sign for people, but I wouldn't want to take responsibility over someone elses child. Whoever is coming, just bring a VALID form of ID, we'll keep it simple.
