Ill also try to swing by the local hotel next weekend thats like 2miles(stright shot there from it too, also by the majority of the good eating places) from the feild(its a Holiday Inn...) and see if they would be willing to cut us a discount... Im sure having a ball park figure on those that would need to stay would be helpfull here...

Again, we can format this in anyway yall want...paints going to be pretty cheap, and next to nothing for play at killer facilities...

Yall just gotta tell me what you want and Ill make it happen if at all possible(ball park figure on attendence/paint usage would be great too )

The 22-23-24 work for me. I have to work the other weekend you mentioned.
It will just be me coming from Houston, and I will only need a case of paint.

Hmm..let us go over the qualification for playing in an AO event:

1. Know where and when event is to take place.
2. Have money to play.
3. Have equipment or rent equipment (see #2).


That's about it Just show up, meet people, and have fun!
