I just might do that. They haven't had a good running workout in a while. And Sierra is so close by. Then again, I'm only there for 2 days, so I use that time for technical work, which does not involve a lot of "hard" drills. I can make them hard by making them do more of them and longer. Then again, he and many others aren't strong enough and don't have the proper technique to handle the workouts that I really want to give them without injuring them.......yet.

Okay, im coming in at 1:00 PM, can anyone gimme a ride? I know some people had volunteered a while back, but its been a while, so I want to throw it out again.

I may be able to give you a ride. I have to confirm some last minute details at work.

What? Don't listen to indulgence, he's on crack. I get plenty of workouts when you're not here with the sprint work I do. More and longer doesn't harder ... just that it gets cold after 6PM

Anyways, we had practice in the rain today, so half the team probably caught a cold. See you tomorrow.

I saw indulgence's garage door today. It was boarded up, but a couple flaps of the garage door are off to the side of the driveway. Looked pretty bad [and a car in the garage got messed up too ]

On a lighter note, I have a new gun.

well dont let it get you down, the weather people said it was going to start raining sunday all through thursday this week, sunday and monday where both clear but it is drizzling outside right now. Lets hope it clears up that weekend

It's kinda ironic that we schedualed this shindig in April instead of January in the hopes of avoiding the rain. We had plenty of sunshine in January, and we're getting drenched now.

well all i know is that it has poured azz here for like 4 days straight. it doent matter if it rains or not, i will be there and ready to woopazz..........
