    AO SoCal people....

Are there any AO SoCal people who like to play at Tombstone in Corona? I just ran into one named Chris, but I forget his call sign. I have regular private games out at Tombstone every month and was looking to get more AO people in the area interested in playing along or scrimmaging against my group. Any takers?

Oh, and Chris if you see this or anyone else interested in being included on this regular invite list, shoot me an email at [email protected]

I am down. I was there this suday and met two AO guys there. One had a black Xmag. He was there with his brother. there was another guy that I saw shooting a Emag i think.

I was shooting a Pewter Xmag. It was so funny. They were playing walk on advanced and we were having practice. My friend spotted the Xmag and I had to run over there and say what's up. All of us were yelling.." Xmags baby!!"..."AGD Rules!!"

Our team runs practices there almost every weekend. Sometimes we also get a private field at Jungle. Anyway I am sure I can convince some of the guys to play. Even if they are not AO they all have a positive AO attitude. Let me know. I am not sure about a private game unless they are pure scrimages. I will definetly try on our off weekends.

    See you guys there

      That was me...

I had the Black X-mag decked out in all Black. What email do you want me to send the evites to? We usually setup games with evites. How do you coordinate your private games?

        Send it to [email protected]

Our games are all team practices. From now til april the majority of the time we are running drills and internal scrimages. When we do have srims vs. other teams its usually last minute or they want a piece of us...like Sunday...to bad for that team their coach was pretty pissed they got rolled.

Anyway shoot me an Evite for the AO days and I will let you know. As far as regular Sundays I am sure we can meet up and play together.
Hope to see you out there

Hey guys, I'd up be up for playing with some AOers. Since I moved down here 2 years ago I've only been to SC, and I've been thinking about checking Tombstone out for a while now. Shoot me an invite and I'll try to make it.

Sorry haven't checked in for some time...

My group started playing again, since the hot summer is fading away. We'll be playing regularly until the rains become a problem. I have a game coming up on Thanksgiving weekend on Saturday. Most likely it's going to be at Warped Paintball Park near Magic Mountain. You may already be on the Evite for this one, but if not you're welcome to join us there.

By the way, thanks to Magmandylan for introducing me to the Too Phun Group. It so much nicer to join up with a private group now that we rarely have enough guys to reserve our own private game. I'm looking to find out if there are any private groups looking to play speedball as well. Too Much Phun is kind of large and tend to play on the larger rec fields. I'd like to get practice playing the arena format as well, so I need to find some smaller groups too. Ideally it would be nice for a 5 or 7 vs 5 or 7. Let me know.

Dropped you an email, but I figured I'd stop by and say hi.

If ya'll didn't notice, I'm at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado but I get back to SoCal and almost always bring my gear back with me.

Hopefully my leave will coincide with a game or two with ya'll.

Oh an in reference to the message above, I know I saw a shop right outside the base last time I was down there (not to mention the field at Pendleton itself).

Corona is north of the 91 between the 71 and 15 freeway. I'm guessing at least an hour drive.

According to their website - http://www.cppaintball.com/

Camp Pendleton Paintball fills HPA tanks for $1 per 1000 psi which is on par with what I used to pay at shops in Cali.

I'm thinking that drive might be a bit more than an hour, especially depending on when you're trying to get down the 15, that freeway is almost always a pain.

                            FYI for SoCal players...

Tombstone in Corona is closing down. and word is SC Village is soon to follow. Last weekend for games at Tombstone will be the 17th. I'm heading out there to join the Too Phun group for one last game at Tombstone on Saturday the 17th. You're all welcome to join in. I'm guessing I'll hit SC Village until it's gone. There are other fields towards Valencia. If anyone has some recommendations on an awesome field in the L.A. County area?
