AO NE 7 - Field Suggestions

Goody from P&L paintball just told me today that he wanted us to come to their field in Bridgewater. I hadn't even metioned it he remembered I'd asked him about it in the past and said he'd like to have us this year.

He said they'd give us a "great deal." I didn't get into it to much because they're the most expencive field in NE. I just wanted to let you guys know because he did seem really interested.

I have to agree too, I think at any given time we only had like 2-3 fields running anyway, But I wouldn't mind doing something other than just speedball all day too.

I have never, nor will I ever pay 1000 for a case of paint. One thing I have noticed is Maine has cheaper paint prices thananywhere else I've played. He didn't get into specifics about the byop situation. SO we'll have to find out if it's offered to us, but hell starting at 45 bucks a case isn't bad either. Another hour north is Rogue Paintball, Kirt is good people and I know he has a 15 dollar field fee and BYOP on fridays and Sundays when the park is open. How About after party?? Thier is funtown (Amusment park) and Old Orchard Beach (Amusments, bars, fun stuff, oh and a beach) within 45 minutes of the field (give or take)

York Beach (little closer), from what my wife says is a bit smaller than OOB, ne amusment rides or nothing, but nice bars

The Fields at P&L are horrible.. They were before P&L bought them and after... The prices are outrageous... $100/case for crappy Draxxus Rec-Sport -- not even good stuff! I refuse to play there.

Haven't been to B'wtr since P&L bought it but last I heard they are still using a booster tank system to fill HPA and you're lucky to start the day getting 3K. This would turn into a HUGE problem since I doubt there will be any of us using CO2. I vote Maine or Conn. Lets get a change of scenery. I like Fox 4 but I agree parking and field space are 2 huge issues, plus you have to do the battan death march to get to the woodsball fields. Scenario sounds like a fun AO day a nice change of pace but there is something to be said aboot a trip to Maine in the summer. That's my input

Maine isn't THAT far.....

I dated a girl from Richmond, ME.... While she was going to school in Worcester, every summer I made the commute up there ever Fri-Sun.

Whoa, I had a g/f from richmond once, not a bad place. Some of the guys in Mass may actually have a shorter drive than I will given the location.
