AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Ill have a T-boarded Spydermag for you all to fool around with...
Heres why you should go there:
1. Super cheap prices if you get a group rate
2. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff
3. AWESOME woodsball and good airball as well
4. Cheap, quality food can be bought right on the staging area
5. Dont like the food? Scoops (a hamburgers and ice cream shop) is 100 feet away from Fox4.
6. They have a good proshop, with prices that arent crazy.
7. Easy access to portapotties.
8. Free air fills all day long.
9. Rules are enforced well, without being strict and easy to break.
Im sure i can list more if you want.
They have their own website and active forum. Go to www.fox4paintball.com for more info.
Ive been to Friendly Fire, East Side Paintball, and Fox4, and Fox4 is definitely the best out of all of them. Best field in Massachusetts.
from what I hear, birch hill actually has cheaper prices for paint. and they have group rates.
dont get me wrong, I am not opposed to fox4, I play there from time to time. we do have to look at the draw we will bring, and most of the draw sticks to the airball field. they have 2 at best if they split the fields.
as i understand it, birch hill in maine is nice. I may take a trip up there this weekend to check it out.
Same here. Id prefer it in June, seeing as how ill be out for 5 weeks over the summer... not exactly sure when the 5 weeks is, but it most likely wont be in June.
1. That the field will allow a vendor to set up and barter free of charge
2. PRICE
3. Parking and field availability
4. consensus of those that will (definately) attend
Fox4 just OK'd Tunaman to sell his stuff there, if AO Day is ever done there.
The only thing bad about Fox4 is parking. Its really not that bad, but its usually almost completely filled on an average day. Of course, Fox4 hosts tournies all the time, so they must have more parking than i think they do.
I can only go if its Fox4 or Friendly Fire. And Fox4 > FF by a long shot, IMO.
With regards to OSG in NH. The last Sunday of every month is BYOP. (excluding Walmart stuff)
I talked to the boss. He said he'd love to host us on one of those days.
I thought we'd get stuck with the walk-ons. We can set it up pretty much any way we want.
We can bounce around all the fields. We can have the speedball or Urban town each for a half day. We can jump in with the walk-ons if we wanted.
(usually 50-100 people, depending on time of year.)
id travel to any that is listed. one big thing would be if someone like tuna was there again. need someone that knows what they are doing to work on my rt mag if its together by then.

I keep forgetting to not feed my mags after midnight so they seem to multiply regularly.

Hey come on, no one can give you a lift or what? it is as if you are getting a % from a sale?
We will stop and pick you up and drop you off, if it ends up being in Maine. there is nothing wrong with getting out and seeing other fields, why go and play at the same OLD fields we all go to all the time. we should move it around and have some fun.
Like i said, we will stop and grab you and your stuff, we have to go right through mass and im sure there are alot of others that will offer to do the same!!!
