Alright, since we got most of the details banged out and ideas thrown around about formatting,which can be changed on the fly....so without further ado heres what we have to work with:

On the weekend of the 21-22, at Madddogz Paintball(www.madddogz.com) in Waxachachie, TX we have the following(copy/paste from other thread, cuz Im lazy :P)

madddogz.com is the feild site feilds are located just south of DFW area, better indication of were can be found on the site, about an hour or less drive from the airport... its got the best facilities in TX outdoor feild wise, no doubt... 3 Lit feilds for night play, 2 push button fill stations, compressor, indoor plumbing w/ showers and everything, 1-2 miles from hotel, walmart, wafflehouse/Ihop, fine dineing(Jonny Carnios, Applebeas, Chilies, etc) Pizzahut delivars to the feild, C Cs is down the road 3 miles for the cheap stuff... Basicly, if we wanted we could play all night, have food sources, sleeping nearby, etc...
alright guys and gals... heres what I got from the boss man tonight on doing a meet at Madddogz

5 Dollas for entry/air
40/case for heat or similar...


so, its about even or a lil cheaper then TexBall was last year... We have a PA system if needed, and lights as well as our own 5k compressor



Thats what we have to work with... The Holiday end 2miles down the road, Ill TRY to get by there this weekend and see what kind of deal they will give us if any and post room rates, etc.

What I need from yall:
If your attending and ammount of cases you will be shooting TOTAL, this WILL be a event paint only affair, I cannot be held responsible for what will be done to you if you try to use non event paint, the prices are cheap, dont abuse them please

Ill try to keep the list updated... I need general count so we can make sure to get enough paint and not have TOO much extra...



Also feel free to kick around formatting ideas.... Modified Xball seems to be a popular choice, we have a PA system, tournament schedular/scorekeeper(non xball, but will work), can move the airball feild around as needed etc...

We can play at night, I can most likely arange for this to last till around 11 if you want to go that route... We can do this Friday night, play all day sat, give everyone a day to rest up sunday and get home... or what ever floats yalls boats...

Basicly, we have a weekend set, killer facilitys in a killer location, and a very flexable meet set... lets make the best of it...

Looks like its going to be slim pickings, but bring who you can... Ill be at the feild as early as anyone can get there(pre 6am) I hope to get things rolling around 10, so feel free to come as early as you want...

also I think we should have some kinda xball team tourny setup, and random teams so no one has a big advantage. also no prizes just there for fun and braging rights.

Ive also had some good/bad news come in relating to this weekend.... good news- Acdemic-OAP related stuff, we advanced to Regionals...badnews... its the weekend of the 22nd.... and unless I want to skip country and hide in exile for the rest of my life... It has to take presidence over an AO meet...


I will still see to it yall have everything rolling for that weekend... unless yall want to move it back a week....
