wow.
I leave this post for a few days, and it just grows leaps and bounds.
I have updated the first post with who is coming, and who is tenative. Take a look at that and make sure the list is accurate.
Unfortunately, Tom cannot make the event as he is going out of town the week of the event. I have spoken to Jon, he is not sure. It depends on a few other things on his end whether he can make it or not. I have sent a PM to clare and trina, but, I have not heard back from them, so, I dont know what their status is on the event, I will contact them shortly about this.
If there is anything I am leaving out, bring it forward to me

there is only 1 day of play for us. I believe eric is writing up a mini-scenario for us that day. There is a tournament the 22nd, so, I am not sure if you will be able to play that day.Comment
