Hey Scotty,
I mentioend this to you the other day when we were on the field and now toss it to the forum.
How about a random team tourney wherein everyone who enters to play has their name tossed into a hat, then the names are picked out one by one and placed into evenly numbered teams.

Games then follow the usual roundrobin style play, but on as many of the fields as Ruckus will allow us to use. Anyone who hasn't been there, they have 4 fields, 1 a standard airball setup, 2 a large "tire" field set in mirrored speedball format, 3- the Spool field which is a rough but large speedball field dotted with natural and manmade bunkers and obstacles. Often we call this the Swamp because if there's any hint of moisture in the world, the far tape gets muddy. Makes it more interessting... 4 the Gates field, which is a large speedball field dotted with see through fences and swinging gates. One side needs a little work to make it a more balanced field, but nonetheless playable.

BTW is this a strictly AGD gun tourney?

Lets see how many people we actually get coming to this first, then we'll discuss a tourny.

I'd rather just play in the woods all day long, than on the speedball fields... unless it was a pump-only tourny

Pre-pay cut off will have to be decided by the Ruckus guys. I think it should be two weeks before oct 22nd. BUt I will let everyone know.

As far as the torney goes, lets see how many people we get then figure it out.

EDIT - Allow me to introduce Dave A. He is a distinguished memebr of the SPLAT staff, a chum of mine, and all around insane paintballer. He is responsible for writing many of the really good tech articles you may have seen in Splat. And just to answer before you ask, NO, he can not introduce you to the Splat Girls.
