If you guys are willing to let a [blasphemy]non Mag shooting[/blasphemy] player run around with you guys, I'd be more than happy to let ya take my SS-25 for a test drive.

Lee, I promise I'll turn down the Viking, if you'll let me play
You don't like being hit, then play better

Although I have mostly mags, several mechs and an emag,
I do have an 06 ego too.
nothing wrong with having an arsenal is there ?
        i'm guilty. lol
the one I want to see in action is resurections devilmag though.
looks like it rips from the videos he has posted.

Rips for sure, now if I can only get the bounce to come down from insanity to something just plain crazy I might be able to afford the paint it throws...

I am waiting for call backs from a few more people and I will be able to nail down either Saturday or Sunday as the day.

Right now I am thinking Paintball Experience in Lakeland will be the location for its central location.

All guns are welcome at my party Just as long as they dont shoot me.

            paintbal Experience

I hate to dissagree with such a great guy as Lee but Paintball experience does allow BYOP I've played there several times and never played with their paint...they do charge a $10 inspection fee though

no problem Jim, but my understanding of byop is no charge for off field paint. so, technically, pbex is fpo.

              Davinci: i'm not prejudice...i'll shoot cocker/viking owners too....oh wait...i ALREADY have.....

unfortunately, i volunteered to work the 29th before i knew about this event. sunday and i'm there, but, don't plan it around me. do what works best for the birthday boy and the group. i'd love to do it and if at all possible, i'm there!

i'll at least try to make it there after work to say happy bday to res and howdy to the crew. but it'll be very late in the day.

              Florida peeps...step up!!

An intersting option has presented itself, and I wanted to take a quick poll on those interested in coming to a mini-AO/FL gathering masked as my party...

24hr Scenario Game at Gator Paintball in Hudson

If it were a 12 hour game, it would be easy... and because there has been a split of when people can make it, this might work better for everyone. However, it is a limited event and overall would likely cost more per person than a rec day somewhere... what do you guys think?

                    Its your birthday man

                    Thats up to you.
                    I have played at Gator.
Their hyperball field is big fun Vern.
Their woods is....mediocre, but at least they have woods.
I've been there once and overall I had a lot of fun.
The refs are some of the most aggressive I've seen.
                    Very good.
I usually only last about 4 or 5 hours anyways.
By then everything except my hair hurts.
49 coming this friday. 1 more year and I can get senior meals.lol
                    Pass the Geritol will you.
So if you'd rather play sunday I'll just go to the next one.
                    No biggie.
Whatever you decide is fine, its your birthday party.

Found out today that reg for the 24hr game is $50 prereg and $60 walkup (if there is room, its limited to first 150 folks). Plus paint which is $40-60/per...

I am thinking that a more laid back game in Lakeland would be more economical and thus more people can participate.

So I am going to name Paintball Experience as the location and will have Sat/Sun decided tomorrow.

**Lee - Do you know anyone at the field, who should I talk to about letting them know a party might be coming?

Res: George Kutoro is the field manager and is almost always there on weekends. if he's not available, Jon Leggit or Jon Ceasar are staffers that can help you.

i plan on going there sunday to talk to them about a pump tourney thats in the works. pm me your real name and i'll drop it to them that you want to book a group.

If you look at the pics at devilsden.tv this one is on there near the bottom.

He is pretty excited about getting it, and thats saying a lot
considering he already has one of the nicest full auto

Plans at this point became completely screwey over the last week.

I went out of town on business the first part of the week, came home and found that most of my friends from Orlando had already signed up for the scenario game. I was leaning towards the casual game in Lakeland because it would be easier to just relax, play a little, talk a lot, and such.

So now I am torn between going to the scenario game for one day (I can't take the time for two days) and hanging with friends I haven't seen in awhile --- or --- going to Lakeland and meeting new friends from AO that I would love to meet.

So I guess the question now is: who is available for the Sunday game in Lakeland, and since the Orlando crowd is going to Hudson for the scenario I would prefer to gather at Orbital since it is a LOT closer to me?

If enough folks want to get together on Sunday at Orbital then I will do that. Otherwise, I will run up to Hudson for some chit-chat and probably no play. Either way, the devilmag will be along for folks who don't believe they exist.
