    Ao - Wa

    I'm thinking about going here:

this weekend. Let me know if there's any interest and we can plan the best day. I'll have my XMOD programmer with me if anyone wants an upgrade.

OK, I'll be there on Saturday. I'll be in a silver Silverado Ext. Cab.

It's on the east side of King County and Lake Washington. Over here, that area is called The Eastside.

If you take Highway 2, it's only about 170 miles. It's just over 160 miles from my house to Moses Lake. One of these days I'll get up early and come play over there on a Saturday, if I leave by 6, I can be there by 9.

Actually, the best way would be 90 to 203, then north. That would be about 185 miles, but mostly interstate.

Mags are so rare around here. Here's a sample conversation I get when I'm at a local field.

Other Guy: What kind of marker is that?
              Me: It's a mag.
              Other Guy: A what?
              Me: An Automag.
              Other Guy: 0-Blank Stare-0
Old Guy comes by with his Tipmann....
Old Guy: I didn't know anyone played with those anymore...

              damn Ions...

Sad...and yet so true. I have only ever seen 2 people with mags at my field. And Im the only one with an E/X Mag. And besides, I just sent out my X-mag to Tuna...again, so Im without a Mag.

I have a buddy here that got me into mags, he has a Classic. I know of one guy with an XMag, and I've seen two others. Last year at KC Crusaders 24 hour game, there were 500-600 people, and ONE mag, and that was my buddy's.

I have only seen two other mags at my field, until my whole team decided that they liked em. I think we might have had the largest concentration of mags in Washington. Between 4 and 6 depending on the weekend!! Beautiful things!!

Are there any fields around Wenatchee?

Not really. No organized fields at least. There are pretty much only two actual fields on this side of the mountains. Tri-Cities Paintball (TCP) and Virtual Assault (VA) Paintball.

Really? Wow, I would have figured that Wenatchee would be a great place for a field.
