Well, its only fair to hold the event in the most centralized, agreed upon location based on who is for sure attending. If there are more people from the Dallas/Fort Worth area (or beyond) that will for sure attend, then we will definitely consider that as an option. However right now we're heavily weighted around San Antonio/Austin.Originally posted by Killer VHow about www.dfwap.com This is the place where all of the big scenarios are run up here and the are plenty of speedball feilds there also.Comment

Okay guys. We seriously need to get the ball rolling on this. I say we give it another week or so tops so everyone who is going to see this thread can. Then, we need to start nailing things down so we can get this going.Comment

Originally posted by FlawleZGood to hear you're just like me. However, I have to admit I do favor the fast paced, action packed speedball a bit more, whatever we decide on, I'll be there.
Petty's sounds great to me. I've played there before and they're very nice people with a good field. A bit remote location, but only about 30 minutes from me. The scenario would be fun, but I don't have much in the way of camoflauge and I'm no pro in scenario tactics either. I'm up for it but I could have just as much if not more fun on a normal day playing ball.
Who else can make it out to Petty's?
bro, i dont wear camo and i dont get the whole tactic thing... i just take my basic knowledge that moving/"flanking" up the side works good (snake player...)... but so does just runnin into the firefight... watever works.
but yea...im down for whatever.Comment

I did. I haven't played in about 3 years or so, but Dan and Rick got me an old skool RT for my birthday (they are trying to tell me something
) so if I'm going to play, I'd love to make my "grand comeback" at an AO day somewhere.
Glad to hear from ya', Goose.

Lets do this!!!
I'm all up fo an AO day. I just need enough lead time so I can request time off, I drive big rig and I'm not in Dallas enough. However, it's been too long since I've been to an AO day, and I wanna play again. So,,, lemme know ASAP and I'll try to be there.Comment
