... lets see what would be a good day for them in march ... lets look at 17th, 18th, 24th,25th,or even the 30th

I've only been to Petty's once, but the owners are good people and I'll be happy to speak with them about setting something up. I know AO days have been held there in the past so I'm sure they would be happy to do it again.

I talked to Nate2k191 today about hosting the playday here.
The dates we discussed over the phone are March 17 and/or 18 or March 23 and/or 25.
We can do 10.00 admission with all day air (CO2/3k/4.5k).
BYOP OK with no surcharge or we usually stock PMI at reasonable prices.
I do need to firm up on the date as soon as possible as I am already booking dates for the scenerio series, some tourneys and will be starting a series of attack/defend the castle big games in the near future in our new Castle.
With any luck, the Castle may be ready by the AO playday and it can be broken in right!

alright so, we need to decide whether you guys want a 1 or 2 day AO meet, and also 17-18 or 24-25. 2 day would mean a hotel for some, so maybe keep it at one day?

I personally vote for a one day on the 17th.
One day because that saves out-of-towners money on a hotel or anything
The 17th because it is the end pf my spring break and probably a better time for me (as well as most other people in high school i would think)

im thinking the last weekend for the month

hopefully ill have the pump kit by then ...

paint ... ill guess ill ask closer to the event how much ... but with only a 10.00 field fee why the heck would any of us buy paint elsewhere?? as long as its fresh ... ill shoot it

well, i'm gonna go ahead and finalize the date for March 17th with the backup day bieng the next weekend - the 24th at Petty's paintball so everyone has time to plan for it.
