Scenario Big Game : Swap Meet : General Tomfoolery

The plan: to get all of you out to Topgun on May 5th for the biggest AO gathering of the year.

Pre-registration:
Anyone coming to Tunaball is STRONGLY encouraged to pre-register with Topgun by Friday Apri 13th 2007 (Yes, Friday the 13th). It is $30 either prepaid or the day of the event, HOWEVER, the more people who commit to come out by pre-registering the greater the discount for paint will be.

To Pre-Register: Call TopGun at (732) 928-2810. W-F 11am to 4pm EST. Ask for MATT. Tell them you are registering for the May5th game under my name (Scott Fertitta) or Tunaball.

They can take payment via major credit card or Paypal.

Regarding paint prices: The absolute worst we will do is $80 per case, and that is if I show up by myself. I told them to expect anywhere from 20 to 100 people. TopGun said basically every 10 people the price gets knocked down $5/case. 20 people = $70/case ect ect. But their exact words were "The better you take care of us the better we will take care of you" I am pretty sure we can get minimum 30 players out there with our eyes closed.

May 5th might be a problem for me...that date is near the time of my and my wifes birthday's so we normally go out of town the first & second week of May. But if there are no plans this year then I'll be there...I'll know for sure by the end of next month.

Tunaball is a very catchy name for a Paintball event...I'd take a** kicking from Tuna if I thought of it...

I say you ask topgun if we can BYOP. And pay them like $20 for each case we bring. then we all hit up orderpaintball and buy their housepaint for like $20/case. Or diablo nightmare (or whatever the special is) for $30/case.

Anyways... that's right in the middle of final exams for alot of college AOers. So I won't be there.

If we get a good turnout and pre-reg I can get them to come way down on the paint. 50 guys and Im sure I can get it down to $65. I want to make sure everyone has enough money for steaks and beer afterwards.
