I also think there should be some kind of pre-registration to get the reservation fees. This way we have a commitment from the group and no one is out of pocket for the reservation fees.

Maybe someone with a Paypal account can do this.

If you have spoken with the people @ CPP see if they can set up a prepay on their website. That is what happened last year at Splats. Migz or Afortuna had something to do with it I think. Ask them, maybe they can help.
