The Storyline
Although more information is emerging from the Craig Complex, we have received intel that there is a problem with the experimentation being carried out by the "Helios group". It seems that the patients at the complex have begun to evolve from their unstable human state (criminally insane and mentally unstable) to a new being, something along the lines of a zombie however with the ability to sense danger and protect themselves. We will release more information as it becomes available.
The "Helios Group"
A private company that has been at the forefront of genetic experimentation programs created by Sector 8 (National Defence Secret Programs Department). They have been given permission to experiment on patients of the Craig Complex (a mental rehabilitation institute). The group ownes 23 different complexes around the world, and provide support to North American Government Defence programs.
The Craig Complex
In Picton, ON, Canada, the craig complex was once a military hospital during WWII, following the war the complex was released to civilian use. It was converted into a mental rehabilitation institute with a majority of patients being from the military. The complex has been the scene for experimentation by the helios group since it was sold to the group in April 2006.
The Game
Many of the details of the game will be provided to the players on the day of the event, however what we can release at this time is the following:
Pre-registration prices:
$50.00 / player
This includes your field access fees, ability to use the facilities camping field (you are to provide your own accomodations ie. tent, sleeping bag and food) as well as AIR/CO2 for the event.
**we ask that you follow the instructions on how to pre-register that are provided on the outbreak website (look below for the address), make sure that you advise which air source you will be using for the event to make sure that we don't run out during the event**
Prices at the gate:
$60.00 / player
all the same benefits, however $10.00 more
Paint: $80.00 / case (draxxus white box)
The game starts at noon, and the event lasts till noon the 28th. Since this is a 24 hour event, we will be taking time almost in the middle to allow attendees to relax a little, sleep if they need to, purchase more paint or just to smack talk.
We may also have a raffle of some sort (the details are still being worked out at this time)
We are also working to have vendors on site (possibly not all night, but late into the night), but as with the raffle, we are still working out the details at this time.

- 100 000 sq/ft of interior playing surface will be the main back drop for the event
- over 100 acres of outdoor playing area that may also be used.
When you start the event you are a human soldier, playing as a part of your team (should you be a solo player we will attempt to link you with other teams that are there in force), you are not simply 1 person in an army, but a team joining with others to create an army. This means that you play with your team for your team, but you may be provided intel by another team or by a higher authority, this you will see on the day of the event. Once you are tasked with retaking the complex, you are to beware since ex-special forces soldiers have been there before and some of them have been converted to zombies ... as you may be at some point, if this is the case, you are now a member of the zombie horde ... you are only tasked with 1 thing, kill.
