FREE 3 hour MINI Scenario- DAY of the DEAD 10/28 Chicago

    DAY of the DEAD
    Halloween Special
    Sunday, October 28th
    3 hour MINI Scenario
    Fox Paintball
    Millington, Il

Thats right, its our favorite time of year again HALLOWEEN!!
Year #1- DAWN of the DEAD
    Year #2- BEWARE
And now, year #3- DAY of the DEAD

Its the third day before the 31st of October and the rising of the dead. Can the humans fight off the Zombies, or will DEATH and TORTURE follow two days later on HELL NIGHT?
    Lets go over the rules;
    1. How do you kill a ZOMBIE? Headshots only, of course.
    2. Who gets to play on the ZOMBIE team? Anyone that shows up in a costume.
    3. Who plays on the HUMAN team? Everyone else.
Its typically 3 Humans to 1 Zombie, which really isnt fair because the Zombies have stomped the CRAP out of the Humans for the past two years.
Simple missions, great objectives, and this year, MORE SMOKE.

Pay the regular Fox walk on fee and this 3 hour Scenario game is included in the price. Fox opens at 9am. Game orientation begins at 11:30am. MINI Scenario runs from Noon to 3pm, with a prize drawing and Costume contest to follow right after the game. More regular games will be played on the back fields right at 3pm. Fox closes at 5pm.
FREE Scenario not enough? Ok, is BYOP and FREE co2 and HPA a betetr incentive? I thought so. Oh, FREE prize drawing too.

And be sure to stick around to watch PYROMAN make pumpkin cream pie in his "Traditional" way.

Head shots only....thats hard ! No wonder the zombies win
I may have to come as a zombie just for the tactical advantage !!
Wait....dont zombies die if you set them on fire too.....hummmmm.....well maybe the insurance wont allow for this??????

We will try to be there! Sounds like a blast.

Definitely a challenge. The players that come dressed in costume know what the game is about and most of them play the part very well. If they are pounding the HUMANS to hard, they drop their guns to the side, walk toward the HUMANS, and yell...BRAINS, BRAINS, BRAINS.
Sorry, no flame throwers allowed. Grenades? Of course.

                  VERY COOL EVENT!!
Just over 300 players, how sweet is that?? ZOMBIES were totally out numbered, AGAIN. First mission was at HAUNTED HILL. I knew the Humans didn't have a chance in Hell to win this mission, and the ZOMBIES were holding the top of the hill for most of the mission. Then, out of nowhere, what happens? No paint, no air. The ZOMBIES lost a bunch of players and the hill was over run with Humans. MISSION #1 went to the Humans (HURRRRRRAY).
On to Mission #2 at SATAN's VILLAGE. Very simple mission, very tight space. We did move some rope lines back to make things a little safer. Everything went as planned, EXCEPT, when the Humans decided to cheat by taking the ZOMBIES props back to the Human base. Mission #2 goes to the ZOMBIES by default (DOH).
And finally, mission #3. 1st Liver, 2nd Quiver fields. Very simple, PUMPIN HUNT. 23 pumpins on the field. Whoever gets the most back, wins. ZOMBIES 7, Humans 5.
So there ya have it, ZOMBIES take the win for the 3rd year in a row. AWESOME JOB!!!
                  Highlights:
TONS of smoke bombs and pyrotechnics. Hearing LEECH the SCREECH from the HERETICS screaming at his ZOMBIE troops to move their arses all day.
A very good prize raffle. Special thanks to Fox Paintball for some great prizes (As always) valued at a couple hundred bucks easy, Joe from WWW.WOODSBALLGEAR.COM for some awesome prizes (As always) worth about $100 bucks includig a FLEX mask and a co2 tank, and Rocky from Spec Op's (57 plays like 17). He gave us a very cool tactical vest to give away as a prize. Worth about $100 bucks.
And finally, PYROMANS special way of making his famous PYRO PUMKIN PIE. Recipe you say? OK. Drill a hole in a pumpin, stick explosives inside, light, watch the pumkins disapear. Best pie I never did eat

All in all, a very cool day. Fast insertions, very few cheaters, no major arguments on or off the field, and everyone seemed to have a great time.
                  Special thanks to:
                  PROCAPS paintball Supplies
                  Fox Paintball
                  Joe at WOODSBALLGEAR .COM
                  Rocky with Spec Op's
                  Team HERETICS
                  Team Ronin
All of the great players that showed up to play
And, to the AWESOME Staff at Fox Paintball that came dressed in costume.
                  We had the players vote for the best Staff costume. Here are the results;
1st place- Stefi inside Sales Manager (Devil/Angel. All depends on what day it is)
2nd place- Kelly at Table (Very cool, very short, very SEXAY naughty Ref costume)
3rd place- Korrey- Inside sales (Retro Ferry)

Thanks to everyone that helped make this event happen. Hope to see everyone out at Fox on December 2nd for our Christmas special, BAD SANTA.
