Battle of Stalingrad @ Skirmish

Hey,

Who all is planning on attending March 15th 2008 Battle of Stalingrad @ Skirmish in PA? This will be my first formal Scenario. I play scenario style woodsball, but it is nothing more than elimination. I cant wait. Has anyone been to any of their other games? How is it? Is it worth the money???

bring water and like 10 for food for a meal but water is a must at this place they have some but i prefer bottled over thiers! besides that hf there are always a few cheaters in any big game but thats to be expected anywhere besides that ill be on russian this year wearing ghillie and sporting my longbow

Skirmish has good prize give aways too. I came in runner up in costume contest and got a superb autococker marker.

i reread the origional post i like skirmish theyre are some who dont cause of cheating or other issues well when 4250 people show and theyre are like 200 refs stuff will happen like water running ,out not enough refs, and the such but that was ion i have had fun at the last 6 skirmish games i have gone to stalingrad and ion the last 3 years its fun but be prepared for long waits and lines everywhere but the prizes are great, the contests are cool, and the game play is intense ill keep going and i live 9 hours away

WTH nine hours? I call shens on that. I live in Orange (New Haven county) and it only takes me three and a half. Tell you what, you let me drive and I'll get us there in 2hrs . That is if the carpool offer from last November still stands. If it does, I may want to take you up on it and save some money on gas. Are you gonna bring the Suzuki?

Does anyone know if they're having a costume contest this year? I don't think I'm gonna be wearing mine for the game (Russian coat is WAY too hot and heavy) but if I can snag some prizes for it I'll bring it along.
