Oh !!! you must mean thisOriginally posted by RavenneonIts a lot scarier when its heading ur direction and your on the opposite team. The minigun is devastating.

It's only set to 10 bps ramping but the rotation of the barrels makes it look alot faster than it really is...

What base gun is it?
I saw a vid of what looked to be a Tac-one, but it just as easily could have been an Ion with a body kit.
Since you speak of ramping I can only assume the latter.
If you do a game with no BPS limit, you should put in an Automag, feed it direct from the bulk tank, and put a Q loader on it.
Epic win righ there!Comment

My answers in Blue,,, next time you see "The Grindhouse" ask 00Buckshot to take a look inside and see how things work and are set up... It's pretty wild and Buck has described it as " A Night at Dave and Busters" when in the seat of the turret...Originally posted by WatcherWhat base gun is it?

Watcher I am sorry to say that it is a "Evil Word" with a Deadly Wind Tactical BOB body kit,,, originally it was supposed to be a '03 Viking but I am working out the kinks for 00Buckshot ... The motor that runs the barrels and fire the marker are relayed through a 1964 UH-1 Huey Cyclic that I donated to 00Buckshot... The same Cyclic is also relayed to the turret motor to spin the turret left and right utilizing the Top Hat controls...

Once again see answer above,,, also 00Buckshot has set the marker to 10 BPS for safety reasons and insurance purposes for any field he takes it to... It does have a Warp fed bulk hopper and is fed by a 45 minute 4500psi SCBA tank which you can see in the above pics mounted on the backside of the turret... It would be great to have AGD goodness as the paint slinging engine for the beast but just doesn't work out for the operations needed... It will have AKA goodness when I get that marker back up to speed...
Epic win righ there!

This was my first ever scenario game...I played on the Mercs team. Early in the day that tank rolled up on us in the "Pentagon", parked outside one of the entrances and just mowed people down. Very cool. Its a lot scarier when its heading ur direction and your on the opposite team. The minigun is devastating.AO's resident CenterFlag salesguy...

The base gun of the Gatling... is *cough* an Ion with a Deadlywind body. Sorry guys. However, this winter I might be changing it over to an AKA Viking.
How it works....
First, it's not a true gatling gun... it fires from the center, not from one of the six rotating barrels. A 12v scooter motor powers the barrel assembly... there's a roller switch that get's tripped every time the number one barrel that has a riser passes it. The roller switch jumps the marker's internal trigger switch.. it's sort of "technically" semi auto, not ramping or full auto. It's also capped at 10 BPS.
The Gatling motor and roller switch are both tied into the trigger from a Huey Gunship cyclic handle that I got from WK2. Further, the top hat on the collective controls the turret motor (a 24v wheel chair motor) - up is left / down is right. The cyclic is on an arm connected to the Gatling which is mounted on it's own traverse and elevation. Like a gunship... you're controlling most of the action with one hand - Gun up/down/right/left/fire... turret rotate right/left.
And yes... that battle in the village was awesome. I've said it before... tank on tank action is almost as nice is girl on girl

As for the Left 4 Dead Scenario... it's on the 25th, so it might be a possibility.
It depends on a couple of things... whether or not I get a kitchen pass from the Mrs since we have game on the 24th; how dry it is from now until then and finally whether or not PYRO will let me leave her at the field for the month.
