Hmm.. In Tradition With Tygers Costume...

I've always wanted to make my mask look like a geckos face, but the idea would keep 'disapearing'. Now I'm ready to actually make it, but I'd like to make sure Tyger doesnt feel 'ripped' off, that isn't my intention at all. Anyone have any comments or suggestions? I'm also feeling a huge pull towards woodland and scenario ball...

Grizzly Bears are people too ...

Baby Peacocks are people too ...

I don't have the "lock" on costuming in paintball, or animal suits in paintball. I'm not gonna feel ripped off, trust me.

Actually, there's a pic from PGI some time ago. This guy did this sort of "Demon Pig" that was REALLY cool! I'll dig it up when I can, but the point is be yourself, be original and unique, and most of all don't be afraid to be yourself. And if you costume to do that, hey, all power to ya.

As far as the mask, do you plan on paint, f/x, or other type of thing?

Let us know how it looks when you're done!

Heh, thanks man. I actually plan to remove the lenses for a while and mold a lizardy beak onto it. Then I'll take that clay mold and make a cast mold for it (ehhe, mold..). Lastly I plan to use a sort of silicone (resistent stuff) and make the final product. Then I'll paint it, and hammer it onto my mask, make some breathing vents, tada.

don't touch the goggle frame, jut teh mask itself. It's probably the best way to do it. Other than that, clearcoat it to death. Paintball strikes WILL make the paint fleck off. Oh, and you might want to make a small sample and shoot it with a paintball, to make sure the mask "muzzle" will hold up to being shot.

Trust me about the paint tho, I used to paint masks, but the mainenence was always a bear.

Haha, I love it! That's a pretty cool mask.

I'm going to have to do the same thing with my morph goggles. I'll just go down to the Party City around Halloween time and buy some cheap masks. Nice idea!

I've been looking for a set of bunny ears to go with my motif...I just can't seem to find one that doesn't look like it was stolen from a woman's Playboy bunny costume though..
