Intercept form US *secure* transmission as follows: A biological weapons facility in South America has been raided by a group of highly trained, and now, outlaw mercenaries, known as The Rogues. The main facility project was codenamed the Fire Fall Project, an extremely dangerous weapon, the development of which was in it's final stages. It is assumed that the Rogues have possession of this weapon and the device with which it may be dispersed. The weapon, if detonated, could decimate the human race. The Rogue mercenaries are expected to demand a ransom for the return of the Fire Fall weapons system. It is the position of the United States government that we do not pay ransoms but this weapon must be recovered. We suggest a coalition force to convene for the purpose of said recovery. In light of the project name, we further suggest the mission code name: The Fire Fall Objective.
