Ok, I keep a record of players who paid and didn't show up or had to leave early for reasons that were out of their control, etc. and how much credit they have coming. At this time, I have a list of 26 players and a combined credit between them of $1040. If you think you may be one of them, keep that in mind the next time you are going to register for a game here. I will be cross referencing names against the list as registrations come in for future games so I can let them know they have credit coming when they check in if they haven't already checked with me. My policy is to credit the payment of players who don't show toward a future game at the least. If it was an emergency of some sort, and you can produce documented proof of the emergency, I will refund your payment in full.
