I'm going to agree.. the Angel is probaly the most reliable of the high end electros you can get. Also if you get a used LCD they are Dirt cheap for what you get. Ive had my LCD since 00 and its only gone down once and that was this year. took about 3 min to tighten back down the solenoid mounting bracket and it was fine.
As TAG said, rain will not effect it. Ive had mine in terential downpours (MXS' "The Wettining") I saw a few matrix go down but the LCD just kept shooting (my Revy shorted out though)
For $300-$500 for a used LCD you cant go wrong
