So lets see, the teams do all the work, give you all the ideas for future BC events, and make a (VERY) small proffit? Sounds like BC may be out of ideas, and low on imagination too.
Sorry, just expressing my opinion, again. Your sounding more and more like MXS everyday.

OR BlackCat is listening to the players and giving us what we asked for, such as using storylines WE approached them with or letting us get a "Behind the Scenes" look at scenario games. Sorry, just expressing my opinion.

I still think it should be called, "Who Wants to be a Produceraire?"

I spoke with Spiro today about this contest. He told me that if my team's entry did not win I would still own the rights to the story.
Now that doesn't sound to me like a producer that is trying to build up a bank of story's for the future.

No, I don't know you. It's very hard to read someone's post the way they meant it to be read. Stoopid interwebz...

I don't know if BC has ever helped you or supported your ideas, nor do I care. I'm not affiliated with either of you, however, it looks VERY bad to see one producer bash another on public forums. Behind closed doors you can call each other whatever you want, PLEASE just keep it out of the public.

Once again it seems that Pyroman has decided to give everyone on the AO forum his dose of the way the world should work. Step into a post and rile up the masses then make it seem like it's all a joke on his part. cabldawg, go with your gut feeling buddy. It hasn't done you too bad so far, why should you doubt it now.

As far as this idea floated by BC, I think it's a great idea. Let those who think that putting on a show is just a matter of calling out a few missions and collecting the money to see what really goes on behind the curtain. I tip my hat to you on this plan. Good luck to the teams who decide to take him up on this offer.

I have a question though. I know you email me and asked me to call, but I work nights and I seriously doubt you want a call at ungodly o'clock in the morning.

but you said the event would be held on the east side or west side, what dose that mean? I am in north texas and both are hard for me to travil to. would a texas field be possable?

and RTS, real time stratigy - is more or less having 2 generals going head to head commanding their armys to attack and defend objectves. there is no real "missions" exept what the generals from each side.

and LAS, is one of my ideas of putting live "actors" on the field disimanating "missions" to the leaders/generals along with RTS type commanding and other twists and stuff I have not seen yet to date in a game. it is really hard to explane with out "unmasking" my story line and explaning it part by part. but is acctuly easy to understand to the player, just hard to explane the technacal parts of it.

CONCRETE? Is that really you?? Se, ive come to realize that there is no explaining anything to you, you just dont get it. Free scenario? Why yes, yes it is a Free game when a field hires an outside company and doesnt charge extra for a scenario. Open game is still played during our MINI Scenarios. Did you get it this time or should I break out the crayons to write it for you now??
Theres just no help for guys like you. And I cant reply to your MULLET comment anymore. If your to stupid to know the difference, then I can only apologise to you for wasting my breath here talking, once again.

You still have to pay to get in, and that is not free. Now, if a person could walk in and actually not pay anything, that would be considered free. The whole point of a Scenario is that its at least all day long. A "mini 3 hour scenario" is called a private game. What kind of Scenario runs durring open games??? They dont, which means that you are running a private game durring the open games. The only other field I saw pull that was CPX, and you all know how much I love them! You can twist it all you want, and justify the set up all day long, but in reality you cant play a scenario, or a private game anywhere for free. Answer this; if its free, then how do you get paid? Ill guess and say its a percantage of the money collected from the open game fees that EVERYONE HAS TO PAY TO EVEN GO ON THE FIELD. Where else would it come from besides the paint you sell? I believe its BYOP, correct? You can pretend its free I guess, but dont think anyone actually believes that - judging from your camper, you cant afford to work for free.
