About time more fields are going to BYOP for Scenario Events. One helpful hint, make sure you make the flyer so people can read it. Looks like were stuck on a Feb vacation, sorry. Probably end up at Waynes World.
The pic for the flyer looks good. Im always making several of the same flyer. Website flyer, e mail flyer, colored print out, and a separate print out that can be copied in black and white.
Its alot of work, but its the small details that keep players coming back for more. I spend weeks designing and planning a 3 hour MINI Scenario, and months on an all day event.
And always try to top the last event you hold. Its hard at times, but doing something bigger and better than before is awesome. Just dont do this for the money, do it for the game, thats what makes events.Comment

i hear what you're saying...theres 10 of us on the team that chip in and help...from preparing the field,making the missions and props,advertise on the web(me) and of course reffing the event...we only make a small percent from the field owner and that money is put back into a team fund that we can hopefully put towards further events that we want to throw and make it better...Originally posted by PYROMAN315http://www.chaos-paintball.com

we have a few pics i just uploaded on my message board...the numbers weren't all that great due to another game that was going on that people went to instead...kind of hard to compete with scenario promoters when you're just a scenario team throwing a game at field no one knows anything about...it's all good though we had like 60 something people show up and from what i've been told of the other field the people that went to that game dont know what they passed up...the money isn't a issue really with us because we dont make anything but 10 a head from the entry fee...the owner of the field is the one who benefits most from our games...we just like to try and throw a good game for other scenario teams and try and get a following...our first game at that field was a joke(like 30 people) but this last game there were quite a few people who have never been to this field and after seeing it they cant wait to come back...anyways heres the link to message board i started, feel free to sign up and keep checking back for future news on upcoming events... http://teamoddity.myfreeforum.org/index.phpOriginally posted by PYROMAN315http://www.chaos-paintball.com
