Guys after talking to Jai about it on the ride down last tunaball I cannot stress how much you have to follow what Jai said about not contacting the the place directly.

For whatever reason they will not rent if they know its paintball. Im assuming something happened with another group.

Jai went thru a good deal of work to be able to get us cabins last time which in means a good deal of work this time as well.

Simply put we would not have the cabins if it wasnt for the legwork Jai put in last time and will be putting in this time.

They are a pain in the ass.. but I think it has more to do with a dispute between the owners and the Management. They rent to paintballers all the time. They make a ton off of referrals from Topgun

The Laural Pond property is under new management,.. and most of the owners are working with them because "they dont suck" as i was informed by them.

I have 4 cabins,... I will be contacting the head of each cabin for a deposit.

Quoted rate is $179 per night.

I was informed that the rates are going up due to construction of the part and facilities being upgraded. We need to book NOW!

We are starting to get the ball rolling. Things with the management are different now then they were in the past , which should be a good thing for us. We will keep you in mind as long as you guys don't mind getting cozy with a few other people

Just out of curiosity ,.. are their rooms ,or is it all cots in one big room ?

You have 1 bedroom, a loft with 2 bed and little headroom(you can't stand, but its quaint), 2 couches and some floor space. You can get 6+ in there easily. I bring an air mattress for easy cleanup. Plus i don't rate the bedroom.
