Hi all,

My mag was sort of working 85-90%ish ok today, just a small problem with the trigger not resetting, possibly the on/off sticking? I lubed the on/off o-rings and checked my tank was set to 800psi but this still didn't solve the problem.

Secondly the mag started to vent air from the allen key hole in the velocity adjuster and the hole in the top near the back of the valve, for a time it would still fire but now it just doesn't, the trigger resets but it just wont fire like there isn't enough gas

Anyway I have about 2k in my tank for trouble shooting, I need this Mag for a tourney next Sunday so any help is greatly appreciated.

Your trigger not resetting, is caused by bolt stick due to a carrier that is too tight. Remove all the powertube shims and go to the next larger carrier size using the same white carrier oring.

The leak out the back is a piece of dirt in the back of the valve. Remove the velocity adjuster and remove the regulator piston assembly and clean it and the oring. Clean the back of the valve. Reinstall the regulator pisotn assembly and springs. You should be fine. If it still leaks, replace the oring around the regulator piston assembly.
