e-mag plunger and trigger rod length

Anyone know the recommended micrometer settings for the solenoid plunger length and and trigger rod length?

I had to tune up my e-micro from scratch (WAY off on the plunger!) and I don't want to put undue stress on the system.

There is no proper spec for the Emicro. They are SUPPOSED to be the same as AGD but that never works. It is all done by ear on most of these...
