Should be 10-32. Take the thumb screw you have and match it up at the hardware store, and get a 1/2" 10-32 grub/set screw. That should work perfectly. OR get a longer thumb screw so it can be adjusted by hand. You can also get a nut to use as a lock down for the thumb screw.
