AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
no it is more like a get on the phone with mako products after you search for their number and then after finding out that doesn't help, sending your gun in to them for six bucks to get it to work. At least that was my expierence. Never actually sent it in, I was to lazy. The solenoid was hard to set, and it would not work at all with my old classic valve!
It is not much trouble at all to install it an see if it will work. You have to take off the trigger rod and then it installs like any other frame. I had trouble because I refused to let the battery fully charge before I tried it. It didn't work initially but it was because of a dead battery. You have to make sure that you put in the rail bushing into the new grip in the back or it will never line up with the on/off pin. If it fits the spacing between the front pin and the back bushing it should be fine. I have gotten 3 to work so far. One for myself and 2 others. Most had to do with leaks afterward and were fixed with pt spacers or just oiling the pt o-ring. I have not seen the new instruction but the old were kinda sketchy. I did play with the solenoid on one but I didn't need to. Good luck

it is very easy they tell you how to do it in the manual unless you are an idiot or not familiar with the mag valve oh and by the way mine works great all I had to do is adjust the soliniod that was the hardest part if you do have a store do it don't let them charge you much though

I got the trigger today and tried putting it together. Once I got all the parts on I tried some shots. It seemed to work fine for a few shot when it started to sputter. It would fire a ball then two would roll out then breask one etc... I cleaned it up and tried just dry firing. It would then fire well a few times then it would just leak air. I would pull the trigger and I could hear the trigger working but all that happened was a constant floww of air out the front of the gun. I tried replaceing the small hard o-ring in the on/off valve but that did not help.
After all this I put the parts back together for the original trigger and now that doesn't work. When you gas it up the valve charges but when I pull the trigger nothing happens. Yes I put all the pieces back on, but it doesn't want to fire.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also could someone tell me what should be in the package. A friend of mine got one of these about two months agoand it looks a little different from mine and has a newer serial number by about 1000. I didn't use the new on/off valve they sent with it because it was too long to use with the factory brass part.(sorry if that is a bad description)
Anyway I have this sick feeling they sent me a really old model and not all the parts. I bought it new from Paintball Online.
theres your problem you should have a taller brass part that came with it you must use that new on/off assembly thats what happened you may now need to replace other orings to

Now I have sent the trigger back and asked them to send me a NEW one. I have managed to get the original "stock" trigger to work as well. Hopefully Paintball-online will send me a newer trigger with all the parts. I thank everyone for their help, and I will let ya'll know what happens when I get the new one.
