    classic sear/trigger pull q's

I need to know some stuff about the classic sear.

How many degrees does the sear rotate around the sear pin?
How far does the trigger rod travel?
I need general measurements of the sear, including distance from the two pivot points (sear pin and trigger rod).

      Check out what I did!

      According to that:
      Trigger Rotation: 10*
      Sear Rotation:8*
      On/Off pin Travel: 11 pixels
Trigger Rod Travel: ~10-11 pixels (hard to tell because it rotates a little, too)

Maybe some of you will find that useful! I know I will.

Well, I wish I could draw up something like that, but I got it from here. What I did is chop it up and show what it looks like when the trigger is pulled. Maybe later I'll show the bolt forward.

And yeah, it answered my question. . . but the question remains, what am I up to?

If I ever finish, you will see!

You will have to pull out the crayons and paper for me, because i don't have a clue what you are talking about.

What I did is I took this baby into photoshop and tweaked it up to show what it looks like when the trigger is pulled. The reason is, I needed measurements for to make an E-CF frame out of an A-5 E-grip board and solenoid.
