    Xmod Modes and Settings Thread

I have recently installed the Xmod software on my E-tac and Im just starting to fiddle around with the modes and settings. I have searched but found no single thread that archives what modes everyone likes most and also what settings they find work best in those modes. If you have had issues with certain setting values in specific modes please post them here.

Right now Im using RT with the switch in E mode but I also really like the burst in M too, nice and snappy . I havent changed any of my setting values yet.

I believe a bunch of people posted what their settings were in the Xmod Beta tester thread in the deep blue forum.

Since every gun has its own little personality, there really are no universal settings. Take the DWELL for instance. I have seen guns work as low as 11ms and other NOT work below 20ms. Same thing with the FIX. Every gun will need that number set depending on how bouncy the gun is.

I would think that logic would be applicable to any board/marker combo though?? But I guess I can see whay youre saying. Especially when you start taking mods into consideration. Im just curious to see some side by side comparisons and searching the Beta thread can be extremely tedious.

It does, but really only in theory. Small things such as age or an amount of dust/humidity can affect settings.

most people dont take the time to read this!!!!!!!In XMOD Beta 1.8 I have introduced the ability to adjust at what rate of fire ramping will start for PSP and NXL modes. There is not space available in the code to make this software adjustable so I have given you the option of flashing whichever ramp start you wish. For example 04bps will start ramping at 4bps whish is 250ms between shots. Therefore loading the 12bps flash will make it much more difficult to ramp.
