    Body and loader set-ups

    Hey everyone,

I have some ideas to run by you based on what I have verses what I want to do.

I currently run a standard feed (I like the clear sight line) Mag with a 12V Revy x-board. I have no problems with chopping or misfeeds. I run twist lock barrels with plastic nubbins.

I won an Empire ReloaderB. I know this is overkill for my current set-up. If I did use it though, I've heard that a force feed loader can push paintballs right past the AGD plastic nubbins. Is this the case?

Also, I've always wanted to run a Tac One warp left body on my Mag, with this adapter,

a straight feed neck, and use the ReloaderB? Would this set-up feed well? I don't think the Revy would feed well past the turn in the pro-team adapter, would it?

Also, will a Tac One warp body will fit on my stock AGD rail, or will it need milled a bit?

I want to run this set-up to bring my hopper to the left of the gun and center it more, and keep my line of sight down the barrel. What do you all think?

If you won a B instead of a B2, you can get it updated...

    Bit-wizard's Reloader B mod

That would keep it from pushing past the nubin since it's adjustable, if it is even a problem in the first place.

I put some tape (blue painters, but other types probably would work) on the back of my nubbin to keep my Halo from pushing balls past it. So far so good ...

you dont need to pay 30 bucks for an adapter, just buy a warp feed 90* adapter from airgun.com or tuna, magsmith, etc. its about 15 bucks for the 90* and powerfeed plug.

I think what he's asking is, if he uses that adapter can he put a force feed loader on it. And if it would work or not.

            You mean like this?

The PTP adapter works great. Yes you could just use a plastic 90* elbow but personally I like to be able to turn off the flow of paint to the marker. Its just another backup safety. And plastic is lame

If this is what you mean then it wouldnt work very well. It would probably spin under the weight of the loader.

              Hey guys,

What I'd like to do is use the adapter just like WarWitches, but rotate it 180 degrees from his set-up and use the Reloader on top with a straight neck.

So I guess I could use the ProTeam adapter or the AGD one. Is one stronger than the other? The AGD one seems like it would be weaker.

Again, plastic is crap. Composites are ok but aluminum is still king. And if you are going with a regular loader why not just get the vert feedneck? The PTP adapter feeds just fine under force though. Not much difference between the Q and a regular loader in that aspect.

I'm just not a fan at all of vert feeds. I've used a few but never liked them.

I'm kind of curious about this, too. I'm still sticking with my Minimag body because I can mount any hopper as easily as changing the powerfeed plug. If I went ULE, I'd have to buy both a vert feed and warp feed body just to use the same range of loaders as I do now.
