AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
tac ones are ugly as sin IMHO. i really do like the kari milling much much more.
once you have any cocker tuned in and timed right you should never have to touch it again. with a good tune they can shoot just as fast as any other gun on the market, but you really have to spend a few hours getting it set up the way you want it.
as for the mag, they are just rock solid when left all stock. the lvl 10 just like a cocker needs to be tuned and when tuned in should never need to be adjusted for a long time. if you get a ULT again you have to tune that. id say a few hours to get it really set up just like you would the cocker.
pic which one you like the looks of or performance of best and roll with it. i just have both because i couldn't decide and cockers are cheap as hell these days.
gaaa stay away from cockers. i had soo many problems with mine. i traded it to get the mag i have and i love it. get the Tac one or emag cockers are soo freaking picky about the settings.i hand a Mini ORRacle. blew the LPR reg.... any how you should never chop a shot with the mag. cockers you breaking one ball and you could hit your teamates.
Should i get a tac-one or a karnivor? Which would u choose and why?
There's an important distinction here I don't think anyone's made, which is that the Karni is an electro while the Tac-One is a mechanical marker. If you want that short microswitch trigger pull so you can have firing modes and a walkable trigger and shoot ropes of paint, the Karni's your best bet. If you want something tough as nails and more compact, the Tac-One's the best for you. This isn't to say the Karni's fragile or the Tac-One's slow, since a good, well cared-for marker will last you a long time and there are tons of options to speed up the rate of fire on a Tac-One (pneumag, E-Mag lowers, Spydermag, et cetera).
Anyway, don't go with popular opinion. Just pick the one that you feel most comfortable with, and that's the marker that's best for you. I picked up an Ebladed Outcast 'Cocker a while ago, and I can't play nearly as well with it as I can with my stock Minimag. Ropes of paint are useless if you can't hit anything because you're not comfortable with your marker.
