Classic sear in a RT rail

Dose anyone know if a RT sear and pin be replaced by drilling out the axle pin hole to accept an AM/MM axle, washers, and AM/MM sear?

I'm sure anything can be done with the right tools...

Why would you ruin a rail?
Why not pick up a new sear?

the AM/MM sear rotates on a drop in pin, so if you turned the rail upside down it would fall out.

If you were to drill out the RT rail hole it would slide out of place and just not work.

plus, the RT pro Sear and pin is a much better, IMHO sear..

If anything you'd be better off using the RT sear pin and trying to make a sleeve to take up the extra room in the am sear and add t small washer on each side.

If you added a grub screw to the right side of the RT rail the am/mm pin will not fall out.

I just have to many am/mm sears that I'm not using.

            Too many?
How about you send me one and I'll try to make it work.
We'll see if one of us can come up with something?
