What is the main difference between these two and is the lvl ten a lot more compliccated to take apart and maintain?

The level 10 is anti-chop
The level 7 is chop city

They are very similar in # of parts. Level 10 just takes a bit to tune, though its not hard at all.

There is also a pint sized CD-ROM underneath the packing foam in the box.

I had mine setup and tuned in about 5 minutes thanks to this video .

Do you currrently have problems with chopping balls? If not then you probably don't need a level 10
