replace your on/off bottom o-ring. If you want to check if it's the problem, replace it with the on/off top o-ring. If when you do that, no leaks occur when you aren't pulling the trigger, that's the problem. But don't leave that o-ring there, you'll just get the lawn-sprinkler.Comment

If it doesn't leak when you hold the trigger in, then the problem is powertube related. Forget about the on-off for now.
It does sound like you are getting bolt stick. Replace the bolt spring first. Then replace the powertube oring and try again.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.Comment

If it's leaking down the barrel, then it's a powertube o-ring (or bolt spring, but less likely (unless the spring is lower than the top of the bolt)).Comment
