prob with nitro duck to rt connection

ok this is my first gun in like 10 years and first ever hpa tank. so here we go. i got a ULE custom straight from AGD. then got a Nitro Duck 90ci 4500psi bottle with the mega reg on it. having all kinds of trouble with the drop forward that came with the Nitro Duck. the only way it will seat all the way is if i turn it around and the bottle aims forward. so i've thought of maybe running a remote . but now i read on another site that you get shoot down with remotes so i dont know what to do. i'd like to go with the remote because the tank is kinda heavy and with it aimed forward it kinda makes the front heavy and i dont get a psuedo-stock at all.

so any ideas would be greatly appreciated

a remote should not cause shootdown .... some people run mags with micro line and thats smaller than a remote line will ever be. when you have the bottle pointed in the normal direction what is preventing it from seating all the way is the nipple hitting on something etc

the prob is the y grip
it puts the end of the drop forward too close to the front grip expansion chamber(?) thing. i'm trying to get pics up right now

ah best bet is to get a asa adapter that can be screwed to directly to the frame then

ideally i would like to go with a remote set up as long as i dont get the shootdown when letting a long burst go. but not sure how to go about setting it up where do i attach it, which one to get and all that jazz.

              truly i am lost
              anyone got a map lol

from looking at your pictures you already have one installed ....(a basic one with no on/off) can you screw your tank into it ? if so problem solved until your ready to upgrade.

no thats one problem the threading is alot more coarse than the ASA or like you said the problem would be solved oh and one really great thing about thistank is that the gauges dont work unless its connected to a gun or capped

A forgrip extender would solve the problem. :)
