Reloadr B & barrel breaks

Hey everyone,

I have an X-Valve with Level-10 bolt, and a Freak barrel.

I was trying out a brand new Reloader B yesterday for the first time and I kept getting barrel breaks. I've rarely ever had barrel breaks before.

I have the hopper set to the lowest setting, and the Freak barrel is centered ok and using the largest sizer. The paint I was using is fine and worked perfect with my VLRevy, but got consistent barrel breaks with the Reloader.

The only thing I can attribute this to is the hopper pushing the ball stack against my bolt when it cycles and this is weaking the shell of the paintball as the bolt rubs it. Has anyone experienced this before with their Empire Reloader?

Make sure you have your foamy on the bolt face, so that the balls aren't rolling backward and letting the next ball pinch them.

Foamy is in place just fine.

Is this the Reloader B or B2 board?
The b2 board is setup to be a little more sensitive to brittle paint.
