    Rail works?

Does the Z frame need a specific rail to work? I tried it on my Shadow and it didn't go anywhere near correctly. Also, do I need a classic sear or can I use the Rt sear? Thanks for letting me know, I'm, hoping to be able to use this bad boy as soon as possible.

Help would really be appreciated, because I would really love to fire up my Z-framed mag.

It'll work if you mill the wings off.
Otherwise get a classic rail or one that was made from a classic rail.

What about the sear and pin?

Sear depends in the rail only.

sear and pin depends entirely on the rail.

the frame has nothing to do with it.

RT/emag rails = rt pro sear and pin.

classic-type rails = classic sear and pin.

EDIT: dang, just a bit too late.

Ok, thanks for the help. That should help me get this bad boy up and running.
