my new gun is missing pieces

i just got my new minimag yesterday and the safety is really loose im missing the ball, spring and set screw out of the safety mechanism. what should i do?

take the trigar frame off. there is a small allin set screw in the top of the fraim that adjusts tension on the spring. tighten this and see if that helps.

thats the problem im missing all of those pieces. the ball, spring, and screw. the gun is brand new too. this sux.

the agd tech ive been talking to wants me to pay $6 for all the parts. screw that my gun is brand new and he wants me to but these pieces. thats gay.

Call the office, talk to Marcia or Joann, tell them your problem. Make sure they are aware that your gun is new, out-of-the-box.
