rit dye, and what i did was brought the water to a boil and backed off a bit, put the plastic in kind of hung from fishing line... not touching the bottom, no more then 2 minutes or 3.... then I took it out and wiped it a bit to get some of the film off (i didn't stir the dye enough) THen to get some of the spots that was still filmy i took a heat gun and it took that stuff right out... it looks nice :) i just didn't feel like taking the board out and disconnecting wires etc to do the other side.Taking a long needed leave of the sport to finish school and tour the country
